SHIPPING

We STRIVE to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Please note: Post office holidays and weekends are not business days. Sometimes, your LOVE for Walker Rose is so overwhelming, we may need more time to get out your goodies, but we will make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible!

Holiday shipping times: 

Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to process and ship during the holiday season.

Please note that USPS has been experiencing delays related to COVID-19. This has caused both shipping delays, and missed tracking scans. Please allow USPS extra time to deliver your orders. Your tracking may not update if your package does not get scanned by USPS. An order may even magically show up at your doorstep, when tracking never updated. We know that this is not ideal, and we are working with USPS to do everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Lack of tracking updates, and USPS delays are completely out of our hands, and almost everyone in the business community are having the same issues. Thank you for your patience as we navigate the impacts of COVID on our business. 

Shipping and handling is $7.95. 

LOCAL PICKUP:

If you have placed an order for local pickup, you can pick up orders in FULFILLED status at our warehouse at: 
1321 Markum Gate Way Suite 300
Fort Worth, TX 76126

Pickup hours are M-F from 9am-4pm. 

Local pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of fulfillment. If items are not picked up after 30 days, your order will be cancelled for a store credit, and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

If you are unable to collect your items, please email us as soon as possible so that we can invoice you for our shipping fee, and get your items shipped out.
