SHIPPING
We STRIVE to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Please note: Post office holidays and weekends are not business days. Sometimes, your LOVE for Walker Rose is so overwhelming, we may need more time to get out your goodies, but we will make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible!
Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to process and ship.

Please note that all carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx are experiencing shipping delays due to nationwide weather and natural disaster impacts. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier, and we are not able to see additional tracking details outside of what is listed on the carrier's tracking page. As always, if you have questions about a package, please feel free to email us and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping and handling is $7.95.
LOCAL PICKUP:
If you have placed an order for local pickup, you can pick up orders in FULFILLED status at our warehouse at:

Fort Worth, TX 76126
Pickup hours are M-F from 9am-4pm.
Local pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of fulfillment. If items are not picked up after 30 days, your order will be cancelled for a store credit, and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If you are unable to collect your items, please email us as soon as possible so that we can invoice you for our shipping fee, and get your items shipped out.
