How long will my item take to ship?

Our average shipping time is 3-5 business days from when your order starts processing. To check the status of your order, log in to your account via our app and go to your order history and click on the order you are inquiring about. If you have any questions, you can always check in with our Customer Service team by emailing customerservice@walkerroseboutique.com

What do I do if I have a problem with my order? 

Our customer service team is happy to help you! You can send them an email at  customerservice@walkerroseboutique.com and include your order number and inquiry information and they will be back with you within 24 business hours. 

I emailed customer service. How long will it take to hear back? 

Our rocking customer service team answers all emails within 24 business hours (excludes weekends, holidays, and after hours (our business hours are 9AM CST - 5 PM CST).

What is your exchange/return policy?

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may not be cancelled or changed after checkout is complete. Please review your cart carefully prior to placing your order to ensure all sizes and styles are correct. 

Where are you located?

Although we are an online-only boutique, our shipping warehouse is located in Fort Worth, TX. All items ship directly from our warehouse to your doorstep. 

If you have placed an order for local pickup, you can pick up orders in FULFILLED status at our warehouse at:

Pickup hours are M-F from 9am-4pm.
