- Rainbow Remix: This Rainbow cookie is mixed with pieces of Italian Rainbow cookie mixed throughout a chocolate chip dough for a taste of rainbow cookie with each bite.
- S'mores: This graham cracker base is mixed with chocolate chips, stuffed with a large marshmallow and has a graham cracker bottom for some extra crunch.
